Participants will go through the following on-bike trainer-based testing:
1 sec peak power
5 sec average power
30 sec power
4 min average power
10 min average power
20 min power
Body composition measurement
SCAT 3 concussion protocol
CdA – aerodynamic drag
* Simple on-bike skills assessment
Participants can bring their own bikes or use bikes provided by RISE.

An experienced athlete’s perspective
I’ve always been curious about how my experience in endurance running can transfer into the cycling world. This is going to be a great weekend to learn and dig into the possibilities.
