Testing Protocols

Participants will go through the following on-bike trainer-based testing: 

1 sec peak power
5 sec average power
30 sec power
4 min average power
10 min average power
20 min power
Max power
Mean power
FTP
FTL

Body composition measurement
SCAT 3 concussion protocol
CdA – aerodynamic drag
Personality assessment
* Simple on-bike skills assessment
*V02 max
*Lactate threshold
*Full anthropometry for body composition and limb lengths

*optional

Participants can bring their own bikes or use bikes provided by RISE.
